Log into your FIVE6 Gaming account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.
Ship to Base
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Quality Inspection & Refund
