Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For high-performance PCs and custom builds, please allow an additional 2-3 days for rigorous stress testing and secure packaging.
What is FIVE6 Gaming's return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging with all seals intact. Please note that opened software and custom-built systems may be subject to a restocking fee.
Do your gaming peripherals come with a warranty?
Yes, all hardware and peripherals sold by FIVE6 Gaming include a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty. We also offer extended protection plans for premium consoles and components.
